STORY

Avellentes was sentenced to life imprisonment without parole to Eastern State Penitentiary (ESP) on November 18th, 1829 for the murder of his Mother and Father. ESP being a new prison, had very few regulations and very few security measures were in place.
Throughout 3 years, the guards would cover Avellentes with a burlap sack, bring him to a corridor away from any cameras, and beat him until they had to drag him back to his cell. It began as only a few times each month, but as the guards learned they could get away with it, it became a weekly activity for them.
Over time, Avellentes sharpened an old spoon on the walls of his cell and wrapped it with the bandages the guards would put on him to stop any fatal bleeding from happening. On the 3rd anniversary of his sentence, 2 guards went to his cell, covered his head with the burlap sack, and handcuffed him. After kicking both the guards off of him, he ripped his right hand out of the handcuff and grabbed the homemade shank from under his pillow. To prove to the guards that nothing they have done has affected him, he used the shank to create an incision above his right eye before murdering them.
He then escaped over the roof of one of the buildings and has not been captured since. It is believed that Avellentes hid out in the nearby woods, where he would eventually pass away.

This is my first shot at taking my own character from an idea to a fully realized 3D model. There are a lot of things I have learned from this process that I plan on taking into account for the next one which is in the works!
I will continue to write down any critique you have so that I can continue to make improved characters in the future.
